What to include
It helps a lot if you tell us the email address on your account, which device you were using (iPhone, Android, or a computer), and what you were doing when it went wrong. If something looked wrong on screen, a screenshot is worth a hundred words.
Reminders aren't arriving
Reminders have to be turned on for each device separately — open Settings and check the Reminders switch on the device you expect to be notified on. Also check that notifications are allowed for Mabel.Pet in your phone's own settings. Reminders are sent in the morning, in your device's local time.
Sharing a pet
You can add a co-owner who sees everything, a sitter who sees only what they need, or share clinical records with a vet. Open the pet, then Share. If someone you've invited doesn't have a Mabel.Pet account yet, they'll be sent a link to create one and the pet will be waiting for them.
Getting your records out
You can export a pet's full history, attachments included, from the pet's page. It's yours — take it with you whenever you like.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its data from Settings inside the app, or use the account deletion page. This can't be undone.
If a pet you own is shared with a co-owner, deleting your account hands that pet's records to them rather than erasing them. Remove their access first if you want those records gone too.
Billing
Plans are managed on the Mabel.Pet website, using the same account you sign in with. If something looks wrong on a payment, email us and we'll sort it out.

Mabel.Pet keeps your pet's health record. It doesn't provide veterinary advice or diagnosis — for anything about your pet's care or treatment, please talk to your vet.
